Where Black survivors of race-based harm are embraced with dignity, guided toward healing, and invited into renewal.
For generations, Black people have been left to navigate the wounds of chattel slavery, systemic racism, and generational trauma without intentional mental health guidance, mindful nurturing, or spaces designed for our healing. The systems that caused the harm offered welfare programs that managed survival, but not recovery. What we have needed is not charity, but restoration.
The Phoenix Fellowship rises from that ash—a vision of profound self-care, communal renewal, and spiritual grounding that moves from person to person, weaving the kind of social care our communities have always deserved.
Our website is an information and education hub, offering evidence-based insight enriched with cultural wisdom. The resources here are designed as tangible aids to support you on the journey to renewal—because healing should not be improvised in isolation.
The Blog offers both knowledge and kinship. It blends evidence-based education with personal testimony, honoring our stories as sources of strength and instruction.
The Circle is a facilitated 12-step peer support community. It brings together personal development, holistic practices, ancestral resilience, and Divine Grace. This sacred gathering space exists so no survivor has to walk the journey alone.
The Holistic Care Plan frames self-care for the whole person—body, soul, and spirit. It offers gentle practices and practical guidance to help survivors restore balance, reclaim agency, and thrive beyond trauma.
The Phoenix Fellowship is not a substitute for what was withheld—it is the restoration of what should have always been.
Join the journey.
We rise together.
